RUDE RUDE RUDE. Called about an inquiry on an upcoming book event and the “manager” had a horrible attitude with me. I was trying to explain my situation and she cut me off saying there was nothing she could do for me. And continued to tell me I did the process wrong. No sympathy or feelings in her voice. If you don’t like your job then get a new one. Could’ve been a bad day or could’ve just been an unfriendly person, either way don’t take it out on the customer who is trying to pay for books you sell. Never giving them the time of day again.
One of the few book store in brick & mortar. Serves a fairly large community. Nostalgia!
